Dehydrator transforms manure into granules, odorless, ready for sale

Alexandre: process is very fast

The system created by Alexandre five years ago treats the manure, stabilizes and makes the material granular. “The final product is differentiated”, explains the engineer, who also has a master’s degree in production engineering. “The material is treated in a very fast process: the manure leaves the shed, is processed in the equipment for around an hour and a half, two hours, continuously, and it is already dry and granulated, it no longer smells, does not attract fly, poses no risk of disease and is ready to be used as an organic fertilizer.”

Dehydrator: positive results on farms

Alexandre explains that the equipment, created and patented by him, treats manure by eliminating bacteria and preventing diseases. It also stabilizes the material, eliminating bad smells and producing a granular product, which facilitates its use for immediate commercialization. “In addition to freeing the aviculturist from problems, it is a good source of immediate income”, he points out.

The engineer says that he worked hard for years, studying and researching the subject after detecting the problem on the farms and verifying that the technologies existing at the time did not present a satisfactory solution and that there was a space to assist the laying aviculturist on this issue, which is always a problem for the producer.

“After a lot of work and several tests, we reached the desired parameters”, he says. The continuous dehydrator was created, a specific equipment for drying the manure of laying hens. Today, Tecnobach has the system installed in several farms in Brazil, in egg producing centers in Paraná, São Paulo, Mato Grosso, Rio Grande do Sul, Espírito Santo, Paraíba and Santa Catarina, successfully serving laying poultry farmers. “We serve all of Brazil with our technical assistance. The poultry farmer can purchase the system through FINAME financing or through the company’s special conditions.”
